Using Nowarii.com
Nowarii.com is a searchable catalogue of digital assets offered for purchase. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
Listings
Listings are prepared and published by Nowarii from information provided by asset owners. Details shown on a listing are the details we hold at the time of publication; always confirm the current state of an asset with us before buying.
Transactions and escrow
Purchases are arranged directly with Nowarii through the contact options on each listing. Payment is arranged under an escrow process: funds are held until the digital asset has been fully transferred to you. Nowarii does not process payments automatically on the website.
Account-transfer listings
Some digital assets (such as accounts and channels) are subject to the terms of their own platforms. You are responsible for making sure that buying and using a particular asset does not breach any terms that apply to you. Nowarii will not facilitate transfers that are prohibited by the relevant platform or by law.
Availability
Listings may change, sell out, or be removed at any time. Availability is confirmed when you contact us — information on the site is not a guarantee that an asset is still for sale.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nowarii provides the site "as is". Our liability for any transaction is limited to the amount you paid for the asset concerned.
